The Challenger 75 in San Marino is set to begin with a high-level entry list. The tournament, running from July 27 to August 2, 2026 at the Tennis Club San Marino, has awarded three wild cards to young Italian prospects.
Among the Italian players in the draw are Andrea Pellegrino and Gianluca Caniato, who will face each other in the first round, alongside Marco Cecchinato and many others. The main draw, held on July 26, features numerous Italian protagonists.
An important innovation for this edition: the introduction of electronic hawk-eye for the first time in the tournament's history, a significant technological step forward for a Challenger event.
"We are proud to host such a talent-rich edition with so many Italian players," the organization stated. "The wild cards for young Italians represent our commitment to developing Italian tennis."
