Fenerbahce is ready to push for Rafael Leao, tabling an offer valued at around €50 million for the AC Milan winger while proposing an eight-million-euro-per-year net salary to the player.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turkish club is prepared to buy Leao outright rather than loan him, with a base fee of around €40 million plus €10 million in bonuses. The proposed contract runs for five seasons and includes performance add-ons: €1.5 million if he makes more than 20 appearances, another €1.5 million if he scores 15 goals, and €1 million if Fenerbahce wins the Super Lig.
The deal depends on Fenerbahce first trimming its foreign-player roster. Turkish league rules limit each squad to 14 foreign players for the 2026-27 season, at least four of whom must be born after 1 January 2004. Fenerbahce currently has 23 foreign players on its books, meaning roughly ten must be sold or deregistered before the Leao bid can advance. Players such as Talisca, Kanté, Becao and Diego Carlos are among those linked with exits.
