Hapoel Jerusalem sign Shake Milton for next season

Hapoel "Midtown" Jerusalem have announced the signing of guard Shake Milton for the upcoming season. The 29-year-old American, listed at 1.96 metres, joins the Israeli club after seven NBA seasons and his first European campaign with Partizan Belgrade.

Milton was selected in the 2018 NBA Draft and went on to play for the Philadelphia 76ers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Detroit Pistons, New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Lakers. He appeared in 359 regular-season games, averaging 8.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists, and added 40 playoff appearances along the way.

In the summer of 2025 he moved to Partizan, where he averaged 12.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3 assists in the ABA League and 6.9 points, 1.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists in EuroLeague. He now links up again with head coach Sasha Obradovic in Jerusalem.

"I'm coming with a lot of hunger and passion, ready to fight for every ball, every play and every point," Milton said. Obradovic highlighted his experience, versatility, shooting and ability to create for himself and his team-mates.
