Charles Leclerc claimed a dramatic victory at the 2026 Formula 1 Pirelli British Grand Prix, held at Silverstone on 5 July. The Ferrari driver crossed the line first after 52 laps in 1:27:11.335.
George Russell finished second for Mercedes, 0.427 seconds behind, while Lewis Hamilton took third for Ferrari, 0.772 seconds adrift. Lando Norris (McLaren) was fourth and Isack Hadjar (Red Bull Racing) fifth, as the top five were covered by less than 1.6 seconds.
The result marked a crucial win for Leclerc and Ferrari in the 2026 season. Kimi Antonelli, also in a Mercedes, encountered an issue and finished 15th.
