Alessio Romagnoli's proposed transfer to Qatari club Al Sadd has collapsed for the second time. The defender's agent, Alessandro Moggi, confirmed the slowdown: "The negotiations slowed down, understandably, after the death of the former Emir and for reasons based around the war." However, he added: "We are not thinking about a future at Lazio," suggesting the move could still be revived.
