Aleix Espargaro will auction one of the most iconic bikes in Aprilia's recent MotoGP history: the RS-GP he raced during his long tenure with the Noale manufacturer.
The bike, which accompanied the Spanish rider through countless battles and historic milestones for Aprilia, represents an important piece of motorcycle racing history. Espargaro was the rider who led the RS-GP's development from a back-of-the-grid machine to a podium contender.
"This bike holds enormous sentimental value for me," Espargaro said. "Together we experienced unforgettable moments and I'm proud of what we built at Aprilia. I hope the new owner can appreciate its historical significance."
