ACF Fiorentina have officially completed the signing of Ivory Coast international midfielder Christ Ravynel Inao Oulai from Trabzonspor, the clubs have confirmed. The deal is worth €26m guaranteed, with a further €4m in conditional performance-related bonuses and a 10 per cent sell-on clause included in the agreement.
The 20-year-old — who turns 21 in April — arrives in Florence after just one season in Turkey, where he made 31 appearances across the Süper Lig and Turkish Cup, scoring two goals and providing four assists while helping Trabzonspor lift the Turkish Cup. The Turkish side had purchased Oulai from French Ligue 2 side SC Bastia for €5.5m last summer, making a substantial profit on the midfielder in little over 12 months.
Oulai, who was born in Yopougon on April 6, 2006, has already established himself as a key figure for the Ivory Coast national team, earning 13 senior caps and featuring in all of his country's group-stage matches at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. His athleticism, ball-winning ability, and composure in possession have drawn comparisons across Europe, and Tuttosport included him among the nominees for this year's Golden Boy Award.
