Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten won the men's doubles title at Wimbledon 2026, reclaiming a trophy the pair had first lifted in 2024. In the final played on July 11 on Centre Court, the Finn and the Briton — the world number ones — beat Marcelo Arevalo of El Salvador and Mate Pavic of Croatia 7-6 (7-4) 7-6 (7-3).
For Heliovaara and Patten it was a third Grand Slam title in as many years: after their first Wimbledon triumph in 2024, the pair went on to win the Australian Open in 2025. The London victory came after they lost the French Open final in June 2026 to the very same Arevalo and Pavic, making this a particularly sweet revenge.
The match was settled in two tightly contested sets, both decided by tie-breaks. On their second match point Patten fired down an ace to seal it, collapsing to the ground in emotion before being embraced by his partner, who celebrated with a forward roll. "I owe Harri my career, really," the Briton said. "When I started, he took a chance on me, and it turned out to be the best decision he ever made. It is surreal. When we won the first time, we didn't know if we would have a chance to do it again. We feel so lucky to be here again."
