Bologna have officially announced the signing of Uruguayan midfielder Mikel Amondarain from Estudiantes for €9 million plus bonuses and a sell-on percentage.
The player passed his medical examinations and signed a contract until June 2031, a clear signal of the trust the Emilia club places in the young South American talent.
Amondarain, considered one of the most promising prospects in Uruguayan football, made a name for himself at Estudiantes attracting attention from several European clubs.
