The 24-year-old has signed a three-year contract with the Canarini, keeping him at the club until June 2029.
Bianco returned to Fiorentina this summer following a loan spell at PAOK Salonika in Greece, where he made 24 appearances and scored a goal in the UEFA Europa League. The midfielder came through the Viola's youth academy and now departs on a permanent basis.
Born in Turin in 2002, Bianco began his career in the youth systems of Torino and Chisola before joining Fiorentina in 2018. With the Viola's Primavera side, he won three Super Cups and one Coppa Italia at youth level, making his first-team debut in August 2021.
