Tadej Pogačar (UAE Emirates XRG) won the fourteenth stage of the 2026 Tour de France, the 155.3 km mountain stage from Mulhouse to Le Markstein Fellering in the Vosges, securing his fourth stage victory of this edition and further consolidating the yellow jersey. This marks the Slovenian star's 25th career Tour de France stage win, equalling André Leducq and moving into seventh place on the all-time winners' list, behind only Mark Cavendish (35), Eddy Merckx (34), and Bernard Hinault (28).
The stage, a demanding rollercoaster featuring four major climbs and 3,800 metres of elevation gain, saw an early breakaway form on the Grand Ballon (category 1). Ben Healy (EF Education-EasyPost) was instrumental in shaping the move, while Valentin Paret-Peintre (Soudal Quick-Step) claimed three consecutive mountain primes to take the lead in the King of the Mountains classification with 43 points.
On the final climb, the Col du Haag (category 1, km 149.4), Decathlon CMA CGM set a punishing pace in the peloton. Richard Carapaz launched a solo attack with 9 kilometres remaining but was eventually caught. With 2.5 km to the summit, as the gradient hit 16%, Pogačar produced his trademark acceleration, leaving Jonas Vingegaard and the other contenders trailing.
