Tadej Pogacar has confirmed his place among cycling's greatest ever riders by winning a record-equaling fifth Tour de France title. The 27-year-old Slovenian finished 6 minutes and 26 seconds ahead of Belgian Remco Evenepoel, with UAE Team Emirates XRG teammate Isaac Del Toro in third place.
Pogacar dominated the race from start to finish, demonstrating overwhelming superiority in both the mountains and time trials. At the finish in Paris, the Slovenian hinted at competing in the upcoming Vuelta a España, a race he has never won.
