Centre Court attention falls first on Tommaso Compagnucci, who earned his place in the main draw through qualifying. He faces an immediate test against Argentina's Facundo Diaz Acosta, the tournament's No. 1 seed.
Following that, the all-Italian derby between Marco Cecchinato and Franco Agamenone takes centre stage. Cecchinato, a finalist last week in Milan and a former San Marino champion in 2013, will look to extend his strong recent form against the Italian-Argentine.
Filippo Romano, a 21-year-old from Liguria competing on a wild card, draws Finland's Otto Virtanen — the No. 2 seed who comes in fresh from a runner-up finish in Tampere.
