Paul Seixas, 19 (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale), is the revelation of the 2026 Tour de France. After the 14th stage finishing at Le Markstein (July 18) he sits fourth overall, 5'19" behind Pogacar, and wears the white jersey of best young rider.
