Manchester United have officially completed the signing of goalkeeper Karl Darlow, their second acquisition of the 2026/27 summer window. The 35-year-old Welsh international arrives on a free transfer after leaving Leeds United.
Darlow has signed a contract running until June 2028, with the club holding the option to extend for a further year. He made 279 career appearances, 74 of them in the Premier League, and last season established himself as Leeds United's first-choice goalkeeper, keeping five clean sheets.
"I am extremely proud to sign for Manchester United," Darlow said. "I'm joining an excellent group of goalkeepers and I'm really looking forward to all pushing each other to ensure that we maintain the highest standards, which this club demands."
