Inter Milan have announced a landmark sleeve sponsorship agreement with Spanish banking group BBVA, worth approximately €8.5 million per season — the richest sleeve deal ever signed by a Serie A club.
The partnership, confirmed by both the club and BBVA on Tuesday, covers the men's first team, Inter Women, Inter U23, Inter U20 and Inter Legends. Additionally, BBVA will serve as front jersey partner for the Nerazzurri's youth academy teams from U18 level downwards.
The €8.5 million annual value represents a significant upgrade from Inter's previous sleeve deal with Gate.io, which was worth €6 million per season. The new agreement places Inter ahead of other Italian giants in the sleeve sponsorship market: Milan's deal with MSC is worth €5 million annually, Juventus's agreement with WhiteBit is also at €5 million, Napoli's with Dongfeng stands at €4 million, and Roma's with Wizz Air at €3 million. At European level, Inter's new deal matches Bayern Munich's €8 million partnership with Allianz and surpasses Atletico Madrid's €7 million agreement with Kraken.
The announcement completes Inter's commercial shirt inventory for the 2026-27 season, with Nike as the kit manufacturer. The Nerazzurri already have Betsson as main sponsor (€30 million per season) and U-Power as back sponsor (€5.5 million).
Beyond the financial terms, the partnership has a strong digital focus. According to the club's official statement, the collaboration "unites Inter's attention to its fans with BBVA's digital-first approach, with the aim of developing exclusive content, dedicated initiatives and new opportunities for all football and sports enthusiasts."
Walter Rizzi, Head of Digital Banking at BBVA Italy, said: "This partnership reflects BBVA's long-term commitment to the Italian market. At BBVA, we believe innovation is not only about developing technology, but also about creating better experiences and building lasting relationships with people."
Giorgio Ricci, Inter's Chief Revenue Officer, added: "Our ambition is to build collaborations that create real value not only for brands, but especially for people. In BBVA we have found much more than a partner: a company that shares our belief that innovation must serve the community."
