AC Milan have cancelled their closed-doors friendly against Perth Glory scheduled for August 1, replacing it with a training session. Manager Amorim made the decision to substitute the match — against the same opponent they faced last year — with technical work instead.
Rafa Leao and Goncalo Ramos are expected to arrive in Perth tonight and will begin training with the squad from tomorrow. The two forwards will join the group after an extended rest period.
Defender Diawara, the 20-year-old French-Senegalese former Troyes player who underwent his medical yesterday, is also set to join once his visa is processed.
