Manchester United have officially announced the signing of Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa. The move is subject to registration.
Tielemans, 29, becomes the Red Devils' third summer signing after midfielder Andrey Santos and goalkeeper Karl Darlow. The Belgian, whose nation was knocked out in the round of 16 at the 2026 World Cup, joins Old Trafford on a deal that ties him to the club for the coming seasons, aiming to add stability to the engine room as United return to the Champions League.
According to the international press, the transfer is valued at around £35-40 million on a five-year contract, though the club has not disclosed the financial terms.
