MotoGP: Ducati and Aprilia 'equal', Tardozzi says riders will decide the title

Davide Tardozzi (Ducati Lenovo Team) said Ducati and Aprilia are now equally competitive in the 2026 MotoGP championship, with the title to be decided by the riders. The championship is wide open with five contenders within 24 points: Jorge Martin leads, followed by Marc Marquez (18 behind after gaining 84 points in four races), Marco Bezzecchi, Ai Ogura, Fabio Di Giannantonio and Francesco Bagnaia.

Tardozzi stressed that tyre choice and race management will be the key factors in the battle at the top.
