Quentin Halys ha vinto il primo titolo ATP in carriera all'età di 29 anni, trionfando al Generali Open di Kitzbühel con una vittoria per 6-4 7-6(6) in 1h34′ sulla testa di serie numero 1 e campione uscente Alexander Bublik. Il francese ha vinto il torneo senza cedere un set lungo il cammino, sconfiggendo nell'ordine Laslo Djere, Valentin Vacherot, Mariano Navone e Yannick Hanfmann. È il secondo francese a vincere Kitzbühel dopo Pierre Dermon, che sconfisse Roy Emerson nella finale del 1960.
Nel live ranking, Halys figura al 51º posto della classifica mondiale con un guadagno di 32 posizioni, avvicinandosi al suo best ranking raggiunto a giugno 2025 alla piazza numero 46.

The Frenchman, playing in his second ATP final after losing to Matteo Berrettini in Gstaad last year, completed a perfect week on the Austrian clay without dropping a single set.
Halys dominated from the baseline and especially on serve, firing 17 aces while losing just five points on his first delivery. The opening set was a masterclass in serving, with Halys accumulating 10 aces by the eighth game before breaking through at 5-4. Bublik, known for his unpredictable shot-making, saved two early break points but could not create a single break opportunity on the Halys serve throughout the set.
The second set proved more competitive as Bublik raised his level and attempted to disrupt his opponent's rhythm with his trademark on-court theatrics, engaging the crowd and ball kids in an effort to unsettle the Frenchman. Halys remained unfazed, saving a set point in the tie-break before converting his second match point to seal the victory.
"A magnificent serving performance from the new champion of the Austrian 250," reported Ubitennis in their match coverage. Halys's path to the title included straight-sets victories over Laslo Djere, Valentin Vacherot, Mariano Navone, and Yannick Hanfmann. He becomes only the second Frenchman to win the Kitzbühel title, following Pierre Dermon who beat Roy Emerson in the 1960 final.
The victory lifts Halys to approximately world number 51 in the live rankings, a gain of 32 spots that brings him close to his career high of number 46, achieved in June 2025.
